[Spinach Frittata Ingredients]
5 mini tomatoes, handful of spinach, 1/4 onion, 4 pcs of bacon (34g), 2 sausages (50g), 1 slice cheese, olive oil, salt

[Melted egg Ingredients]
4 eggs, 0.5T sweet sake, 100ml milk, a little salt, a little pepper, some parmesan cheese

[Cooking order]
1. Cut the mini tomatoes in half, and cut the spinach into appropriate sizes

2. Chop the onion finely

3. Slice bacon and sausage thinly

4. Make melted egg with melted egg ingredients

5. Stir-fry bacon and sausages

6. Add onion and stir-fry together, and when it becomes transparent, add spinach and stir-fry

7. Pour in the melted egg and mix, then add mini tomatoes and a cheese

8. Cover the lid and cook over medium heat, checking the egg mixture in between

9. Poke with chopsticks and if the melted egg doesn’t stick, it’s done
