A super simple Gochujang Stew that anyone can easily make!

[Ingredients for Gochujang Stew]
1/2 onion
a little zucchini
a little carrots
a little green onion
5 dried shiitake mushrooms
a little maitake mushrooms
200g tofu
50g beef
1T minced garlic
1T cooking sake
400ml water
2T gochujang
0.5T miso soybean paste
a little pepper
a little salt

[Cooking order]
1. Cut vegetables (onion, zucchini, carrot, green onion) into bite-size pieces

2. Prepare dried shiitake mushrooms soaked in water, maitake mushrooms and tofu

3. Stir-fry beef, minced garlic, cooking sake, and pepper

4. When the meat is half cooked, add water soaked in dried shiitake mushrooms

5. Skim off the foam and add gochujang and miso paste

6. Add chopped vegetables and tofu

7. When the vegetables are cooked, add the shiitake and maitake mushrooms

8. Season with salt and add green onions to finish

1. It tastes better if you use water soaked in dried shiitake mushrooms
