There is Tenshinhan, a popular egg rice bowl in Japan.
You can have a simple and delicious meal with just eggs and crab meat.

[Tenshinhan ingredients (Serves 1)]
3 eggs
1 green onion
55g crab meat
2 slices of ham
0.5T sake
a little salt
A few boiled peas
cooking oil
1 serving of rice

[Sauce ingredients]
250ml water
1T soy sauce
1T sake
0.5T oligosaccharide
1T oyster sauce
1T starch (45ml water)

[Cooking order]
1. Add eggs, green onions, crabmeat, sliced ham, salt, and sake and mix well.

2. Add plenty of cooking oil to the pan, pour in the eggs, and cook over medium heat.

3. When the bottom side of the egg is golden brown, turn off the heat, cover the pan, and cook the top side with the remaining heat.

4. Make the sauce, boil it, then add the boiled peas.

5. Pour the starch water into the boiling sauce and adjust until it thickens.

6. Place the egg on top of the rice and pour the sauce to finish.

[Point]
1. Cook only the bottom side of the egg until golden brown, and cook the top side with the remaining heat.
