[Ingredients]
2 cucumbers, some mitsuba, some carrots, some small green onion, salt, sesame oil, sesame

[Sauce Ingredients]
1.5T soy sauce, 1T red pepper powder, 1t garlic, some small green onion, 1T plum syrup, 0.5T oligosaccharide, 1T vinegar

[Cooking order]
1. Cut cucumbers in half and slice it thick and diagonally

2. Marinate cucumbers with salt for 2-3 minutes
3. Remove the tough stems of mitsuba and cut it into bite-size pieces

4. Slice the carrots thinly

5. Chop small green onion finely

6. Make sauce with sauce ingredients

7. Place the sliced vegetables and lightly squeezed cucumber into a bowl

8. Add sauce and mix

9. Lastly, sprinkle with sesame oil and sesame to finish

[Point]
1. Do not squeeze the water out of the cucumber to get a crunchy taste.
