Tteokgalbi cabbage dumplings without dumpling skin!
Don’t worry about calories and enjoy dumplings. Really good for diet

[Cabbage Dumpling Ingredients]
25 cabbage leaves (small)
a little coarse salt

[Seasoning Ingredients]
600g minced beef
1/2 tofu (175g)
1/2 green onion
6T soy sauce
1T sake
1T sweet sake
1T minced garlic
3T oligosaccharide
1T sesame oil
1T starch
a little pepper
a little sesame

[Cooking order]
1. Make Tteokgalbi Seasoning

2. Squeeze the water out of the tofu

3. Add tofu and seasoning to meat and mix

4. If you add starch, the dumpling stuffing sticks well

5. Add coarse salt to boiling water to dissolve it, then add cabbage stems and blanch for 2-3 minutes

6. Soak in cold water and squeeze out a little water

7. Roll up the cabbage so that the dumpling stuffing does not come out

8. When steam rises in the steamer, add the cabbage dumplings and steam for 7-10 minutes until the meat is completely cooked

9. Served with sour soy sauce

[Point]
1. Add tofu to make Tteokgalbi soft.
2. If you add starch, the dumpling stuffing will come together well.
