A tuna pancake made with canned tuna and vegetables in bite-size pieces.
It is really good as a side dish or lunch box side dish.
Even children who don’t like vegetables can enjoy it.

3 cans of tuna (210g)
1/4 onion
2 bell peppers (small)
1/2 paprika (red)
1 egg
2T flour
1T starch
a little grilled salt
a little pepper
some cooking oil

[Cooking order]
1. Filter the water and oil of the tuna through a sieve

2. Finely chop the bell pepper, onion and paprika

3. Put vegetables, tuna, salt, pepper, flour, egg, and starch in a bowl and mix well

4. Place on a preheated pan and cook until golden brown

Adjust the consistency of the dough with flour and starch.
